The Old Testament instructs the forgiveness of debt every seven years and modern bankruptcy laws are still based largely upon this principle of providing debt relief and a fresh start. With this ideal in mind, our firm assists clients through Chapter 7, Chapter 11, Chapter 12 and Chapter 13, while stopping foreclosures, evictions, wage garnishments, tax levies, repossessions, lawsuits, judgments, and creditor harassment.
